Underinsured motorist (UIM) policy limits offer to a client that was seriously injured in a motor vehicle accident.  The insurance carrier made our client an offer of $81,650 that was rejected, and a lawsuit was filed. After litigation, the insurance company eventually tendered our client’s $250,000 UIM policy limits.

Liability and Underinsured motorist (UIM) auto insurance limits were awarded to our client.  Our client was operating the first car in line stopped at a traffic light and struck by two vehicles.  Our client felt two distinct impacts. We filed a suit and were able to get the policy limits from both at fault drivers’ insurance carriers.

Our client was a passenger in a ride-share vehicle that was struck by another vehicle. We were able to secure auto insurance coverage from the ride share insurance company along with our client’s personal vehicle insurance. This resulted in less outstanding medical bills for our client. The parties reached a settlement in the matter without the need to file suit.
