Biography
Christopher T. Logullo, Esquire is a native Delawarean. Mr. Logullo graduated from the University of Delaware in 1990 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration/Finance. He went to law school at Widener University’s Delaware Law School and graduated with honors in 1994. He is admitted to practice in Delaware, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Maryland, and the United States District Court for the State of Delaware.
Mr. Logullo initially started his legal career working for a regional based law firm in its Delaware office where he practiced in the area of personal injury, medical malpractice, and worker’s compensation. He then spent the next 25 years working for Liberty Mutual Insurance Company as one of its trial attorneys. Mr. Logullo’s insurance defense experience allows him to be able to advise his clients about the defenses that will be raised in their case. That knowledge helps to get just compensation for his clients. Mr. Logullo has tried cases to verdict in the Delaware Superior Court, the Industrial Accident Board for Delaware, the Delaware District Court, and argued before the Delaware Supreme Court. He has also tried cases to verdict in the Circuit and District Courts of Maryland and the Maryland Worker’s Compensation Commission. Mr. Logullo has also litigated cases in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
Mr. Logullo now focuses his practice solely in the area of Plaintiff’s personal injury, representing individuals who have been injured in motor vehicle accidents, work accidents, slip and fall claims, and medical negligence actions.
